Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Utakalp, each piece is crafted with care in small batches, using natural fabrics to support sustainable fashion. To stay true to our values and reduce wastage, we follow a no-cash-refund policy. Instead, we offer credit notes for future purchases.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

For cancellation requests, please write to us utakalp2025@gmail.com with your order number.

Credit Note Policy

For eligible cancellations or returns, a credit note will be issued.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

They can be used for any future purchase on www.utakalp.com

Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be encashed.

Return / Exchange

We understand that sometimes things may not work out — and we’re here to help:

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

You can exchange for a different size or style (subject to availability).

If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue a credit note, redeemable for future purchases on Utakalp.

If you received a defective or incorrect product, you must share a video of the unwrapping/unboxing clearly showing the defect at the time of opening the package.

Only after verification, the return will be approved.

For verified defective/incorrect products, return shipping will be free of charge.

For all other returns/exchanges (size, fit, preference), the return shipping charge will be deducted from your credit note.
